Our Vision

We believe that mental healthcare should be as structured and accessible as physical healthcare. That’s why XYCHIATRY brings together clinical diagnostics, treatment insights, and lifestyle recommendations in one platform—designed for professionals, built around patients.
Meet the Mind behind the Platform

Sachin Shukla
Sachin Shukla is the founder of XYCHIATRY, a next-generation mental health platform designed to make psychiatric care structured, evidence-based, and clinically explainable. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Post Graduate Program (PGP) certificate in Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. With over 15 years of global experience in development finance and innovation — including leadership roles in multilateral organisations — Sachin brings a systems-thinking approach to one of healthcare’s most underserved challenges: mental health.
The motivation behind XYCHIATRY is both personal and professional. “I’ve seen caregivers break down in confusion, and clinicians struggle with complex comorbidities. XYCHIATRY was born to give both the clarity and confidence they deserve — by turning clinical best practices into an intelligent, accessible platform.”
Through his journey, Sachin witnessed how even informed families often face stigma, uncertainty, and fragmentation in psychiatric care. XYCHIATRY was created to bridge this gap — enabling individuals to access stigma-free, at-home mental health insights, while equipping professionals with a clinician-supportive, structured decision-making tool.
His work is grounded in three core beliefs:
(1) Evidence-based medicine can scale through structured software. (2) Every psychiatric decision deserves clinical explainability. (3) AI should support, not replace, the clinician.
Today, XYCHIATRY is shaping the future of mental healthcare — where individuals and professionals alike can rely on intelligent, trustworthy, and human-centered guidance.
